Herdade do Sobroso merges its wine production with the pleasures of its surroundings and nature, operating as wonderful place to enjoy a holiday or weekend. Located in a unique terroir, next to the Guadiana riverbanks, DOC region of Vidigueira, the predominant red grape varieties are Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro and Petit Verdot, while the white wines come from Antão Vaz, Arinto, Alvarinho, Verdelho and Perrum varieties.
A tour around the winery, visiting the vines as well as the modern winery installations. This includes a commented tour with the winemaker ending with a wine tasting of 3 wines including a tasting of traditional Alentejo cheeses and charcuterie.
