The tours start with a walk through their state of the art winery – with graffiti-covered walls, contemporary art pieces, and large stainless steel tanks sitting on a polished concrete floor. It continues through the beautiful glass-paneled barrel room followed by a tasting of the four white wines: 2 from Alentejo and 2 from the Monção - Melgaço region.
The tastings take place in the comfort of The Folly restaurant’s bar and can be accompanied by a deli board – a selection of some of the region’s best artisan cheeses, charcuteries, olives, and bread - or snacks from the restaurant’s menu. After the tasting, all participants get a 10% discount on wine bought in the winery shop.
