Herdade do Sobroso merges its wine production with the pleasures of its surroundings and nature, operating as wonderful place to enjoy a holiday or weekend. Located in a unique terroir, next to the Guadiana riverbanks, DOC region of Vidigueira, the predominant red grape varieties are Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro and Petit Verdot, while the white wines come from Antão Vaz, Arinto, Alvarinho, Verdelho and Perrum varieties.
You will get to taste a selection of 3 wines which are part of the Sobroso selection, Sobroso Rosé, Sobroso Branco and Herdade do Sobroso Reserva Tinto. This tasting will take place on the beautiful terrace of the hotel. A variety of Portuguese cheese and tapas boards are also available, chosen according to your preferences.
Note: The cheeses and tapas can be chosen on the day and will depend on what is available. These will be added to your tasting for an additional cost.
